Others will be able to register their willingness to be vaccinated using a short online form. This will allow them to receive information when registration opens for a specific date for particular age or professional groups.

Complete the application and wait for an email reminder

“We are starting mass vaccinations. On 15 January, we are opening registration for a specific vaccination date for people aged 80+. That day, we will also launch a form for all people over 18 to register their willingness to be vaccinated at www.gov.pl/szczepimysie,” said Michał Dworczyk, head of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister and the government plenipotentiary for COVID-19 vaccinations.

From 15 January, everyone aged 18 or over will be able to register their willingness to be vaccinated online.

Government:

If you complete the form, you will receive an email informing you that an electronic referral for vaccination has been issued when registration opens for your age or professional group. You will then be able to register for a specific date.

Important! An application is not the same as registration. Registration for a specific date will be possible once vaccinations for your age or professional group begin.

Vaccination registration for people over 80 and 70

Vaccinations for healthcare workers are coming to an end. Seniors will be vaccinated next. “Between 15 and 22 January, only seniors aged 80+ will be able to register for a specific vaccination date. We made this decision based on the recommendations of the Medical Council. Seniors aged 80+ are at the greatest risk of severe COVID-19, which is why they will be able to choose convenient dates first,” added the head of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister.

The following people can register for a specific date:

  • from 15 January 2021, people who have turned 80,
  • from 22 January 2021, people who have turned 70.

Vaccinations for these people will begin on 25 January 2021.

Registration

Registration for a COVID-19 vaccination is quick and simple. During registration, you choose the exact date and vaccination location. You will receive an SMS at the phone number provided confirming your vaccination appointment. You do not need any additional documents to register – your PESEL number is enough.

You can register:

  1. by phone – by calling the free, 24-hour helpline at 989
  2. online via e-Registration at pacjent.gov.pl
  3. at a vaccination point of your choice.

Registration: what happens next?

When your appointment date arrives, go to the vaccination point. There, you will undergo a qualification assessment for vaccination, followed by the COVID-19 vaccination itself.

Registration for the next dose takes place at the vaccination point during the first visit. You therefore do not need to call the helpline or make an appointment through the website.
