Registration schedule

The following people can register for a specific vaccination appointment:

  • from January 15, 2021 – people aged 80 and over;
  • from January 22, 2021 – people aged 70 and over.

Vaccinations for these people will begin on January 25, 2021. We will provide updates on when registration opens for additional groups.

How can you register?

If your registration stage has begun (from January 15 – people aged 80 and over; from January 22 – people aged 70 and over), you have three ways to register for a vaccination:

  1. Call the 24-hour, toll-free helpline – 989
    You can do this yourself, or a close family member can register you. All that is needed to register is a PESEL number and a mobile phone number. You will receive an SMS confirming your vaccination appointment at the number provided. This allows you to register your grandparents or parents. It is enough for the vaccination stage to have begun and for you to have the PESEL number of your family member.
    During registration, you will choose the exact date and place of vaccination. You will then receive an SMS confirming your vaccination appointment.
  2. Contact your chosen vaccination center
    If you want to be vaccinated at a specific vaccination center, contact it directly. A map and contact details for vaccination centers are available here: https://www.gov.pl/web/szczepimysie/punkty-szczepien.
    If you did not find a convenient appointment at your chosen vaccination center, call the NFZ helpline at 989. The consultants will help you find another nearby vaccination center with an appointment that suits you.
  3. Register electronically through e-Registration, available at pacjent.gov.pl
    The system will suggest five available appointments at vaccination centers located near your address. If none of the suggested appointments suits you, or if you would like to be vaccinated at a different center in another city, that will also be possible. Simply use the available search engine and select a date and location that suit you.
    Immediately after making the reservation, you will receive an SMS notification, and we will remind you about the vaccination again one day before the scheduled appointment.
    If you want to use this registration method, you must have a Trusted Profile. If you do not have one, contact the NFZ helpline at 989, contact your chosen vaccination center directly, or seek assistance from your local clinic.
