After his duty at the parliamentary office, Piotr Borys, during a brief speech, summed up the passing year. He thanked the healthcare service and the hospital in Bolesławiec for their dedication so far in the fight against the coronavirus epidemic.

He directed special thanks to the director of the District Hospital in Bolesławiec – Kamil Barczyk. The Civic Coalition MP also spoke about assistance for entrepreneurs, including those in the tourism, catering and fitness industries.

He also thanked the residents of Bolesławiec and Bolesławiec County for their trust and for the votes cast for Rafał Trzaskowski in the presidential election. He thanked those involved in protests defending women's rights.

He also promised that he would get vaccinated against the coronavirus in the proper order. He emphasized that on this matter he would not use any political preferences. According to Piotr Borys, priority access to vaccination should be given to people who are at risk and feel threatened.

MP Piotr Borys also extended New Year's wishes to the residents of the town and county.
