An event called Autumn Walk with a Lightning Bolt has been created on Facebook, where Wolna Gromadka invites people to a protest walk on Thursday, November 26, at 5:00 p.m. The organizers remind participants to wear reflective items and masks. Wolna Gromadka is a group of people who want to fight together for a Poland free from nationalism, fascism and intolerance. Their goal is a secular state in which everyone, regardless of gender, skin color, nationality, sexual orientation or religion, will have equal rights.
Bolesławiecki Strajk Kobiet is not giving up either, and for Saturday, November 28, at 4:00 p.m., the organizers have announced the March for Freedom.
"We are meeting under the Biedronka next to Manhattan, as always. The protest will begin at 4:00 p.m.; it will be the 11th protest in our town! This time, the date is not accidental, as it will mark the 102nd anniversary of Polish women winning voting rights. They won what was theirs! Now it is our turn! It does not matter who you are or what background you come from—you can fight with us, because we all have one goal: to defeat this government!"
