Renovation of Wałowa Street in Bolesławiec is underway and was supposed to have been completed in mid-October. “Once we had removed the old surface, it turned out that the actual condition underneath was different from what was described in the documentation,” explains Radosław Gąsiorek, the construction manager. “We had to carry out the appropriate repair procedure.”
As R. Gąsiorek emphasizes, the renovation should be completed in the first week of November.
Let us recall. We first reported on the matter on Monday, November 19. A reader wrote to us via WhatsApp:
Could you find out what is happening on Wałowa Street in Bolesławiec—or rather, why nothing is happening???
Please help. For two weeks they have been testing our car suspensions, and sewer manholes are dangerously sticking out. […] the work was supposed to be completed in mid-October.
(On Monday, we heard that the renovation would be completed in mid-November).
