The October food distribution campaign is coming to an end. “We have many people in need, so we have set an additional date,” says Jadwiga Bobek, head of the Bolesławiec branch of the Polish Children’s Friends Society. “On Thursday, November 5, we invite those who have not yet managed to collect their food.”
Each person is entitled to: 3 liters of milk, 0.5 dag of cornflakes, 20 dag of coffee, 20 dag of processed cheese, one block of butter, 35 dag of yellow cheese, jam, 1.5 kg of fusilli, 0.5 kg of cut pasta, 1 kg of flour and 1 kg of sugar.
Food will be distributed from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Bolesławiec branch of the Polish Children’s Friends Society.
Another TPD campaign will begin at the end of November. Food will be distributed upon presentation of an identity card:
- residents of Osiecznica – November 24
- residents of Warta Bolesławiecka – November 25
- residents of Nowogrodziec – November 26
- residents of Bolesławiec – November 27 and 28
- residents of Gmina Wiejska Bolesławiec – November 30
