Yesterday we wrote that the County had secured PLN 13.5 million for investments. The funds will be used, among other things, to reconstruct Karola Miarki and Żwirki i Wigury streets and modernize the Vocational Education Centres. It is now also known that the County Office will receive money for two more projects: renovating Śluzowa and Leśna streets and reconstructing the county road from Różyniec to the Legnica Special Economic Zone.
The application for funding to renovate Leśna and Śluzowa streets ranked seventh in the ranking announced by the Lower Silesian Voivode. The investment is worth PLN 2.2 million, half of which will come from the state budget. PLN 500,000 will be the County’s own contribution. The remaining amount will be provided by the Municipality.
The application for funding to reconstruct the Różyniec–Economic Zone county road ranked 11th in the ranking. The total value of the investment is PLN 1.4 million. Half of the money will come from the state budget, the County will contribute PLN 400,000, and Gromadka Municipality will contribute PLN 300,000.
Tenders to select the contractor are expected to be decided at the turn of January and February. The work will probably begin in April.
