Fundacja Twoje Dziedzictwo:

Three young gentlemen who were apparently surprised by the discreet HD surveillance system inside Perła are asked to contact the Foundation urgently regarding the break-in at the site and the associated vandalism. This is not urbex, gentlemen. Perła has not been abandoned for years; you can enter through the door like civilized people—it is enough to call and arrange a visit. The phone number is on the door, on the websites, on the notice board and on Google. You damaged the window frame and tore out the boards, committing an ordinary break-in at a site that, under Polish law, is the private property of a legal entity, namely the Foundation.

The Foundation adds:

We will not recognize you by your faces, but the police certainly will. If you do not want to bother the police officers, please contact the Foundation urgently at 690 690 550 or by email at fundacja@twojedziedzictwo.pl to settle the matter of the break-in amicably. You have until next Monday, September 21, 2020, at 12:00 p.m. We wish you good sense.

The Foundation on the break-in

For our part, we will add that the young “gentlemen” may face three to five years in prison for the act of vandalism. Breaking and entering carries a sentence of up to 10 years in prison.
