On Sunday in Osiecznica, the local Leśnik drew 3–3 (0–2) with Odra Ścinawa after a hard-fought match played in hot conditions, earning its first point in the fourth-division competition. Leśnik’s goals were scored by Oskar Małecki (2) and Radosław Szajwaj.
The visitors started the match better, taking the lead in the seventh minute through a goal by Damian Cichuta. It is worth noting that this was the third excellent scoring opportunity Odra had created within a few minutes. Earlier, the home goalkeeper Cezary Purta had intervened effectively twice, including saving a penalty, preventing his team from conceding.
In the 45th minute, Odra extended its lead to 2–0. Patryk Obiała put his name on the scoresheet. Despite trailing by two goals, Leśnik fought to change the result, and in the 55th minute Oskar Małecki scored a goal to bring his team back into the match. The visitors responded almost immediately, and Jakub Kruk scored Odra’s third goal. However, Leśnik did not intend to give up. In the 78th minute, Oskar Małecki scored again, making it 3–2 for Ścinawa.
A moment later, Leśnik’s player-manager, Radosław Szajwaj, equalized; it was the 80th minute of the match. Until the final whistle, both teams tried to tilt the balance of victory in their favor, but the score did not change. Leśnik drew with favored Odra and earned its first point in the fourth-division competition.
