The road in Wierzbowa is another priority task being carried out by Bolesławiec County this year. Road investments will not only improve the condition of the roads, but above all the safety of residents and road users.
The road, made of granite paving stones, is currently in poor technical condition. The reconstruction of the 340-metre section will involve laying a new surface, reconstructing the verges and cleaning the roadside ditches. The project will certainly have a positive impact on improving safety and driving comfort.
The task is co-financed 80% from the State Special-Purpose Fund—the Local Government Roads Fund—with the remaining portion covered by Bolesławiec County and Gromadka Municipality.
The completion of the works is scheduled for 20 October 2020.
