Bolesławiec County Office Communications Department Open to Customers

As of Tuesday, June 23, the rules for serving customers at the Bolesławiec County Office are changing. The change applies exclusively to customers of the Communications and Transport Department.

People who, for example, want to register or deregister a car will no longer have to make a telephone appointment to visit the office. The Communications Department can be accessed via entrance C of the County Office building.

Due to the restrictions currently in force, only as many people as there are service desks will be allowed into the building.

In addition, people entering the office are required to wear masks covering their mouth and nose while on the premises. They must also have their temperature measured and disinfect their hands.

Customers of the County Office who made appointments through July 13 inclusive will be served in accordance with their previously completed registration.
