On Thursday, April 23, a city council session was held in Mirsk. Before the session began, some councilors not only failed to maintain the recommended distance from one another but were also not wearing masks. As soon as the proceedings began, the councilors sat individually on separate benches and put on masks. Some of the councilors also put on gloves.
The safety measures and procedures were observed, but only until the break. During the break, some councilors began grouping together again and talking to one another without masks.
Why did the councilors behave this way? It is not known. Perhaps they had “come to an agreement” with the virus, and it was supposed to be “active” only during the proceedings?!
