Bolesławiec County Office Increases Customer Accessibility

Following the entry into force of the regulation of 19 April 2020 on establishing certain restrictions, orders and bans in connection with the outbreak of the epidemic, the Bolesławiec County Office is increasing customer access to the office. This particularly concerns matters essential for providing assistance to citizens, especially entrepreneurs.

It should be emphasised, however, that during the period of the greatest epidemiological threat, the Bolesławiec County Office, as one of the few such offices in Poland, provided all services to citizens, changing only the rules governing access to the office.

Greater accessibility from Wednesday

To meet customers’ expectations, additional drop boxes have been placed in the County Office building as of today. In addition to the one already operating for correspondence addressed to the Communications and Transport Department, they are intended for applications and documents submitted to the Architecture and Construction, Geodesy and Cadastre, and Environmental Protection departments. Application forms can also be collected on site.
