The incident occurred on 30 July this year in Osiecznica (Bolesławiec County). At around 3:00 p.m., an unknown perpetrator (approximately 35 years old) attacked a 13-year-old girl. He forced her to have sexual intercourse through threats and violence.
An investigation into the matter is under way. Anyone who may help establish the rapist’s identity or has any information about the incident is asked to contact the District Prosecutor’s Office in Bolesławiec (telephone number 75 644 17 20).
