The incident took place last Monday. Two young boys, apparently overflowing with energy because they had no school activities, went to the Bolesławiec Market Square. They played for a while on a ceramic bench, after which they began pulling flowers out by the roots from the planters by the fountain.
The boys were spotted by residents of Bolesławiec, who recognized the juvenile perpetrators. The entire incident was recorded by the istotne.pl portal’s camera.
The Municipal Police already knows about the incident.
