Joasia and Magda are Zumba instructors. Until the epidemic, they led classes in Bolesławiec, Gryfów, Świerzawa and Chocianów. They find it difficult to cope without movement and without sharing dance with others. The girls recorded two routines and encourage everyone to dance along to them at home under the slogan: "Dance, and you will be happy!"
