One thing outrages me: the playground is closed, and there is a notice. People are taking advantage of the fact that there are no children. Now it is full of dogs.
She added:
This is the first time in my life I have complained, but this is a scandal.
As Kamila Chalewicz-Pudłowska, commander of the Bolesławiec Municipal Police, informed us, this type of matter can be reported to officers at any time. The Municipal Police will then intervene.
