Bolesławiec County Office: document drop box for Communications and Transport submissions

Bolesławiec County Office informs residents that, starting Tuesday, 17 March 2020, documents can be delivered to the Department of Communications and Transport using a drop box placed in the vestibule at the entrance to Building “A” (Customer Service Office).

County officials:

Applications together with a complete set of documents should be placed in the drop box in a sealed envelope (we do not confirm their submission). Using the drop box, you can submit the following documents:

an application to register, re-register or deregister a vehicle, together with a complete set of documents;

an application reporting the disposal of a vehicle (sale or donation);

an application to have a registration certificate returned by mail, together with the attached temporary permit (or, depending on the case, the vehicle card), or the registration certificate that was being replaced;

an application for a certificate concerning the loss of a registration certificate or vehicle card, together with the fee;

an application for a duplicate registration plate, together with the fee;

an application to have a driving licence returned by mail, together with the attached driving licence that was being replaced;

an application for a PKK (driver candidate profile), together with the original documents;

an application for a driving licence, together with a complete set of documents;

an application for a permit for priority vehicles, together with a complete set of documents.
