An End to Loneliness Within Four Walls
The Geriatric Rehabilitation Center is located in the small town of Parowa near Bolesławiec, in the Lower Silesian Wilderness. The town is known for its ceramic and porcelain products, initially produced by the Steinmann family (from 1868 to 1938), former owners of Pałacyk Villa Mick.
“Pałacyk Villa Mick” has been adapted for geriatric care. The building has no architectural barriers. It is equipped with a modern elevator and a wheelchair ramp. It has two- and three-person rooms with private bathrooms adapted for people with disabilities. Residents have access to a common room with a TV lounge, an occupational therapy room, a rehabilitation room, a kitchen with a dining area, a café, a small shop, and two terraces. Residents relax in an attractively arranged garden and park with century-old oaks. The Center’s grounds are fully fenced.
