During the Glinoluds’ visit to Woodstock, one of the participants paraded topless. After her photo was published in the report “Glinoluds in the Very Heart of Woodstock,” the forum was buzzing, with many comments condemning such practices.

This is surprising, because semi-nude Glinoludki are part of the Gliniada. In 2008, during the Cultures Carnival in Berlin and at Woodstock, there were already participants who paraded topless.

During the Glinolud parade at this year’s Święto Ceramiki, a group of women wants to remind everyone that the Gliniada means freedom, including freedom for the female body.

The manifesto project will be part of the parade during Święto Ceramiki—all willing women who want to “free the Bolesławiec jugs,” that is, bare their breasts, will be able to take part.

The organizers are opening the participant list and inviting women to join. There are already some willing participants. Contact: krosocka@gmail.com
