The NPC International Bodybuilding and Fitness Festival took place in Warsaw on February 21–23. It is the largest event related to bodybuilding and fitness in Poland. Kasia, whom we warmly congratulate, brought three medals back to Bolesławiec.
During the event, there was an industry expo as well as four prestigious bodybuilding and fitness championships: the NPC 2020 bodybuilding and fitness debut competitions, the NPC 2020 International Polish Bodybuilding and Fitness Championships, the Battle for Olympia and Battle for Arnold, and the International Xtreme Fitness Challenge–IFBB PRO Qualifier. The main prizes in the competitions were seven PRO cards, as well as sponsored trips and entries to the Olympia Amateur in Las Vegas and the Arnold Classic Amateur in Ohio, USA, in 2020.
“On Friday, February 21, I made my debut. It was my first competition ever, and I defeated all the competitors,” says Katarzyna Janowiec. “I won a trip to the Arnold Classic Amateur in Ohio. The following day, I competed in the International Polish Championships. I wanted to test myself and stand on stage alongside competitors who already had experience. I succeeded there as well, taking fourth place and winning a medal. On the last day, February 23, the International Xtreme Fitness Challenge – IFBB PRO Qualifier took place, and I managed to take second place. That was an enormous shock for me. Not only did I have the best debut, but with my form I also achieved very high places in the other competitions,” the competitor said happily.
Once again, we warmly congratulate Kasia on these outstanding achievements. Below is a photo of Kasia from last year’s Glina Show 2019 parade, at which Kasia was a model and artists from Ceramika Artystyczna Spółdzielni Rękodzieła Artystycznego painted on her body. We are delighted that we had the opportunity to work with Kasia on our project and wish her many successful competition appearances and victories.
