The incident took place on February 19, at around 1:00 p.m., on the road between Iwiny and Warta Bolesławiecka. Police officers determined that the Opel driver failed to give way to the Mercedes driver.
A collision occurred, as a result of which the latter vehicle ended up in a roadside ditch.
Fortunately, no one was seriously injured. The offender was fined PLN 400.
