Playing in the Lower Silesian IV league, BKS Bobrzanie have already played their first friendly. On Saturday in Szprotawa, the Bolesławiec side faced local team Sprotavia (Lubusz IV league). The match ended in a 2–0 victory for BKS. The goals for our team were scored by Paweł Rissmann and Seweryn Kędzierski. Already on Wednesday (15 July), our footballers will play Górnik Polkowice. New players?
New players are training with the BKS team: Mirosław Kuntz (midfielder, forward), a Stal Chocianów player, and Grzegorz Majchrzak (goalkeeper), a Victoria Ruszów youth product. The player recently competed in an academic indoor league. The scorer of a goal in the match against Sprotavia, Seweryn Kędzierski (Konfeks Legnica), is also training with the team. The coach is also assessing several young players. It will be known at the beginning of August who will strengthen BKS Bobrzanie for the 2009/2010 season. This is when league competition begins.
In the coming season, Adam Klimas will no longer be seen in the BKS team. The player returned from loan to his parent club, Górnik Polkowice. Returning to Bolesławiec, meanwhile, is Paweł Demczar, most recently a centre-back for GKS Warta Bolesławiecka. The BKS team will continue to train under Krzysztof Lechowski.
