Thirteen men and two women took part in the competition. There were no age categories. The results in the bench press and body weight counted. Points were calculated using the Wilks formula.
The heaviest weight lifted was 165 kilograms. It was lifted by Zbigniew Klimek from Nowodrzelec, a student at Wrocław University of Science and Technology, representing AZS Wrocław.
Zbigniew Klimek has been training for more than five years. This was his eighth competition. By lifting 165 kilograms, he equaled his personal record.
Wojciech Wojciechów from Fitness Club Cezar came second with a result of 155 kilograms. Kamil Paluch from the same club, with a result of 160 kilograms, came third.
