The new facility is being built at 7A Hutnicza Street in Bolesławiec. In practical terms, it is in the city center, a short distance from the market square. A facility with a built-up area of approximately 4,900 square meters has been constructed on a plot measuring approximately 13.5 thousand square meters. The project also includes 195 parking spaces around the center.
The first brands to decide to open their stores here are well known to all fans of the latest fashion trends: Sinsay, Cropp and House, as well as the absolute hit in Bolesławiec: Smyk and the first Empik store in our city. In addition, Stary Dworzec will also feature a Rossmann drugstore and, soon, a hair salon.
We hope that the ultra-modern Fit Arena Premium gym will also prove to be a hit!
“Our goal was to create a facility that harmoniously fits into the surrounding buildings and gives residents convenient access to shopping. We are also striving to enrich the retail offering of Bolesławiec,” emphasizes Edyta Bystra – a representative of ANTAN Development Polska.
Antan’s previous project in Bolesławiec, the Bolesławiec City Center shopping gallery, is located right in the center and, judging by the number of visitors, has become a lasting positive part of the city’s life. We hope the same will be true of Stary Dworzec.
