A Reader called our editorial office and informed us that the main elevator at the new premises of the District Complex of Special Schools and Institutions had apparently broken down for the third time already. (On one occasion, she and her son were trapped inside.)
According to the woman who reported the issue, the new special school building is a “complete failure”; things were better in the old one. She added that she had expected the facility on Bankowa Street to pleasantly surprise everyone with its functionality. Meanwhile, the parents of children with disabilities—and the children themselves—are constantly facing obstacles.

In response to a question concerning the elevator malfunction at the District Complex of Special Schools and Institutions in Bolesławiec, I inform you that the device is currently being programmed. All problems with the use of the elevator are reported to the contractor and the elevator supplier and are resolved on an ongoing basis.
