My husband and I saw one man cutting the other man's arm with a utility knife. The guy was sitting there, showing him where to cut, and the other man cut him. After 10 minutes, he was already lying on the ground. It happened right in the Market Square. We notified the police.
A police patrol and an ambulance were sent to the scene.
The police classified the incident as a suicide attempt.
