A CTG test (cardiotocography) is one of the basic tests in obstetrics. It makes it possible to assess the baby’s heart activity.

CTG is performed in the final weeks of pregnancy. It is non-invasive and completely safe for the baby and the mother.

If an expectant mother has any concerns about her baby’s health and her pregnancy has reached 35 weeks, she can come for an examination:

  • on Mondays – from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
  • on Tuesdays – from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
  • on Wednesdays – from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
  • on Thursdays – from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
  • on Fridays – from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Neither prior registration nor a referral is required. Every woman will be seen, regardless of her registered address.
