Some time ago, one of the windsurfers sailing on Lake Kunickie (the Legnica Lakeland), in the area of the island, encountered a strange animal. (His board did not hit it.)
The man noticed a crocodile-like creature in the water that was watching him intently.
How did a crocodile get into the lake? It is possible that someone simply got bored with their exotic “pet”. It is also possible that the animal encountered by the windsurfer was actually, for example, a huge catfish or bighead carp.
Nevertheless, no one is dismissing the matter. Anglers are monitoring the lake on an ongoing basis.
So far, the search for the reptile has yielded no results.
