The incident occurred on Sunday, September 22, at around 4:00 p.m. Officers received information about another desperate person on the Bolesławiec viaduct.
As it turned out, the man had entered the structure because he wanted to watch birds.
The 32-year-old resident of Bolesławiec was fined PLN 50 for walking along the railway tracks.
