The fact that it is always worth checking everything was discovered by Ms Karolina, who was shopping at one of the discount stores in Bolesławiec. As she told Polskie Radio Wrocław, when she compared the amount charged to her card with the amount on the receipt, it turned out that she had paid... 10 zlotys more. What is more, she paid twice for the same tomatoes.

PRW:

Urszula Kosobudzka, from a company specialising in cash registers, urges customers to check the amounts on both receipts after every purchase [rachunku i potwierdzeniu – przyp. istotne.pl].

The expert adds that cashiers are obliged to inform customers about the possibility of printing confirmation of the bank transaction.

It is therefore worth checking everything carefully, because as the Wrocław outlet adds:

It turns out that in our region, the amounts on receipts quite often differ from the bank transfer instruction. Almost always to the customers' disadvantage.

Detailed information is available in the Polskie Radio Wrocławmaterial.
