Due to the company’s dynamic growth, we are currently looking for a person for the position of:

Marketing Specialist

Place of work: Rakowice Małe

Your responsibilities:

ongoing cooperation with the main Marketing and IT departments,
regular and systematic monitoring of the trade press and mass media for potential clients and investments,
initiating marketing activities,
cooperation with advertising agencies in creating new promotional materials,
preparing advertising folders,
preparing promotional materials – videos and photographs,
documenting completed investments in the form of photographs/portfolios,
creating and updating graphic materials supporting marketing activities (business cards, leaflets, information materials, presentations, brochures, banners and press advertisements);
coordinating the production and distribution of marketing materials
organizing company events and celebrations,
organizing the company’s participation in trade fairs and industry meetings,
updating content on the website,
taking care of the company’s proper image,
substituting for the Management Board assistant during her absence.

This job is for you if:

you have professional experience in a similar position,
you have an education related to marketing (preferred),
you can easily use the MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
you can operate basic graphic design programs,
you are creative, open-minded and independent,
you organize your working time very well,
you have a good command of English or German – an additional advantage,
business trips are not a problem for you.
