As reported by the Nowogrodziec Gmina, the Lower Silesian voivode Paweł Hreniak revoked, by a substitute order, the mandate of Nowogrodziec Municipal Council councillor Krzysztof Durda and notified the Ministry of the Interior and Administration about the matter.

The reason was a violation of Article 24f of the Act on Municipal Self-Government (conducting business activity using commercial premises owned by the Nowogrodziec Gmina).
They added:
The above actions were preceded by proceedings conducted before the Voivode. Despite being summoned by the Lower Silesian Voivode in a letter [z] dated 19 June 2019, the Nowogrodziec Municipal Council did not adopt a resolution on revoking the mandate of the aforementioned councillor.
For this reason, on 10 September 2019, the Voivode issued a substitute order in the matter.
