Access to the system can be provided through a dedicated mobile application available for Android and iOS phones, as well as via telecode and SMS (for users of regular phones). This ensures that BROM is highly accessible and does not exclude members of society who do not have smartphones.
The Bolesławiec Municipal Bicycle System “BROM” has been expanded with additional stations. The new bicycle parking stations are located on the following streets:
- Śluzowa,
- Góralska,
- Staszica–Wróblewski,
- Kleeberga.
It is worth recalling that the Bolesławiec Municipal Bicycle System “BROM” was launched in the autumn of last year. The existing stations are located on the following streets:
- Piłsudskiego Square – Municipal Office building,
- Zgorzelecka Street – Termy Bolesławiec,
- Jarzębinowa Street – Orlik Przylesie,
- Spacerowa Street – Summer Pools,
- Jeleniogórska Street – Leśny Potok,
- Tysiąclecia Avenue – near Tesco.
In BROM, users get 15 minutes free of charge; after that, they pay 5 groszy for each additional minute. The initial fee can be used entirely for rides or refunded by the user at any time. The system also features an innovative solution that rewards users for returning bicycles to BROM-ROOVEE PARK zones. This helps us keep things tidy, while users “earn” additional paid rides.
