The incident occurred on Thursday, August 1, after 3:00 p.m., in Wilczy Las (Warta Bolesławiecka Municipality). The driver of a passenger car, a 30-year-old resident of Nowogrodziec Municipality, lost control of the vehicle, left the road and ended up in a roadside ditch. The car rolled over.
The driver was injured and taken to hospital. He was also... arrested. It emerged that he had been driving under the influence of drugs.
The 30-year-old could now face up to two years in prison.
