Under the law, the municipal police or the police can indeed remove—at the owner’s expense—a vehicle without license plates or one whose condition indicates that it is not being used. Except that... IT IS OFF THE ROAD, while the car in question is parked in a parking lot.
In this case, the obligation to remove the wreck lies with the landowner. We appeal to the owner of the property to deal with this matter.
