The project included new development of the area, including the removal of old surfaces and the construction of a roadway, pavements and parking spaces using coloured old-style paving blocks. The courtyard is illuminated by two lamps with double-arm brackets and LED fixtures.
The work also included drainage, a cable line, the relocation of the waste-container enclosure, the installation of lawns and the planting of trees.
The project also included associated works, including the adjustment of sewer and telecommunications manholes, storm-drain inlet grates, and vertical and horizontal road markings.
The contractor is Ogrody Jagielski, based in Bolesławice. The costs amount to PLN 475,176. The funds come from the budget of the City of Bolesławiec.
