The school management emphasizes that the decision to move the oldest students was prompted not only by considerations regarding their comfort, but above all by the quality and speed of the internet services provided.

– At Oxpress High School, we place great emphasis on IT classes, so we need a fast and reliable internet connection. Our students also use the network during regular classes – says Dariusz Tyrakowski.

High school students will also have unrestricted access to the modern sports and recreation complex at 48 Aleja Tysiąclecia. They will be transported by minibus to physical education classes and professional sessions with a coach.

Are any other changes in store at Oxpress?

– We will certainly expand our range of trips abroad for students. Recent years have shown how fantastic an impact foreign trips have, especially on students’ language skills. This year, we spent a week in Barcelona, and there was also a trip to Ukraine as well as a whole series of smaller, integration-focused excursions – explains Monika Pluszczewicz.

– We will continue to emphasize foreign-language proficiency. We know that it is impossible to function in today’s world without it, and our main concern is that Oxpress graduates be thoroughly prepared to undertake university studies and live both in Poland and in other countries around the world – adds the director of Oxpress High School.

Recruitment for Oxpress High School is still open. Applicants simply need to come to the Student Services Office at 22 Tyrankiewiczów Street, complete a personal-information questionnaire, and take an English-language test. After a few days, the candidate is invited to a meeting during which they receive reliable information about their level of proficiency in a foreign language and have an opportunity to introduce themselves: they talk about their interests and passions, expectations of the school, attitude toward peers, and everything that matters to them. Within a maximum of five working days, the school informs the interested student whether they have been admitted to the High School.
