The ceremonial observance of the 74th anniversary of the end of World War II will take place on 8 May (Wednesday) at the Square of Soldiers of the 2nd Polish Army in Bolesławiec (General Nil Street; formerly: 2nd Polish Army Street).
It begins at 11:00 (assembly at 10:45).
The program includes:
- reporting of readiness
- the National Anthem
- an address by the Bolesławiec County Head
- an address by a veterans' representative
- a prayer led by the military chaplain
- the roll call of the fallen
- a ceremonial volley
- the laying of wreaths.
