Soon, the pitch at the municipal stadium on Spółdzielcza Street in Bolesławiec will be like the proverbial carpet. Commissioned by MOSiR Bolesławiec, thorough renovation and turf maintenance began there on Monday morning.
Work this extensive has not been carried out there for several years. The pitch underwent, among other treatments, mowing, aeration, sand topdressing and fertilization. The turf will be unavailable for several days, but Saturday’s senior match between BKS and Sparta Rudna will be played as scheduled.
