Andrzej Duda expressed his admiration for Bolesławiec, its development and its wealth: Bolesławiec ceramics, during a meeting with residents of Bolesławiec County. The president visited only one ceramics manufacturer, but President Piotr Roman told him how many ceramics manufacturers there are in Bolesławiec. Therefore, the President of Poland pledged to provide honorary patronage for the festival of all ceramics producers.
“On behalf of the president and the starost, I would like to thank you for organizing this meeting,” said President Andrzej Duda.
“The president made me promise to say here that I pledged to provide presidential honorary patronage for the Bolesławiec Ceramic Festival. Today I visited the factories that I knew from Congress 590 [cykliczne, coroczne wydarzenie gospodarcze – przyp. red.], which I knew because I had the great pleasure of giving Prince William and Princess Kate, together with my wife, a coffee set produced here at your facility. I did not know that there were so many ceramics factories here in Bolesławiec, so, in order to do justice to this, I pledged to provide the festival with presidential honorary patronage. I hope it will be successful and continue to develop. Once again, I wish you all every success, both professionally and, above all, at home, so that everything is in order for you. Thank you for meeting with me, and congratulations on the beautiful place in Poland where you live,” the President of Poland said goodbye to the residents of Bolesławiec County.
