March 1 is the National Remembrance Day for the Cursed Soldiers. In Bolesławiec, the main ceremonies commemorating the indomitable soldiers will traditionally be held by the defensive walls (Kubika Street), where the symbol of Fighting Poland is located.

At 5:00 p.m., the scouting assembly began by the anchor, accompanied by the honor company of the 23rd Silesian Artillery Regiment in Bolesławiec.

Earlier, from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., visitors could tour the basements of the Municipal Cultural Center in Bolesławiec (the former prison of the Security Office).

At 6:00 p.m., at the Orzeł Cultural Integration Center on Chopina Street, a themed performance by the ZHP Scout District music group and a lecture by Prof. Robert Klementowski on postwar political repression will be held.
