The court today decided to remand Sebastian R., suspected of killing his partner and child, in custody for three months. The request for detention was filed by the Bolesławiec District Prosecutor’s Office, which is conducting the proceedings. Sebastian R. has already been charged with two counts of murder. The court made its decision at a hearing held in the district hospital, where the injured Sebastian R. was staying.
As we have learned, the perpetrator will be taken to a special hospital in Wrocław, where people accused of various crimes and subject to detention are held.
