The Indoor Football Tournament for the Mayor of Nowogrodziec’s Cup was enhanced by a performance from the Cheerleaders Wrocław dance group.
As we read on the website of the Nowogrodziec Municipal Cultural and Sports Centre:
The women performed dance routines that they present at the largest sporting events in Poland. The level of difficulty and precision of execution made a strong impression on fans and participants in the competition.
Let us recall that the Cheerleaders Wrocław group has existed for 20 years and is invited to the largest sporting events held in the country. The women took part in All-Star Games, events accompanying Euro 2012 and the Volleyball World Championship in Poland. They also danced at an NBA game in Washington at the special invitation of Polish basketball player Marcin Gortat.
The cheerleaders also showcased their skills at the European Parliament in Brussels and at the CeBIT trade fair in Hanover.
The team has been invited to participate in basketball All-Star Games many times and also performs at major volleyball, basketball and speedway events.
Were you at this tournament? What did you think of the cheerleaders’ performance?
