The wp.pl website, citing “Rzeczpospolita”, reported that the Ministry of Infrastructure is preparing a revolution in the Road Traffic Act.
Wp.pl:
It is known that the head of the ministry announced an end to repeatedly failing learners during exams. Minister Andrzej Adamczyk plans to change the organisation and supervision of state driving licence exams. According to the draft amendment proposed by him, the exam is to take place at a local-government voivodeship road traffic centre (WORD), but one designated by the voivode.
What will this achieve?
The examiner is to be employed by the voivode rather than WORD, which is intended to make the exams independent of the income of road traffic centres.
Details are available on the Wirtualna Polska website.
