Police officers from Kruszyn apprehended a man suspected of abusing members of his family. The 42-year-old resident of Bolesławiec municipality threatened his relatives, insulted them and used physical violence against them. (Officers detained the suspect during another intervention concerning domestic violence).
At the request of the District Prosecutor’s Office in Bolesławiec, the court remanded the aggressor in custody for three months.
The 42-year-old now faces up to 5 years in prison.
