The free training “New templates for offers, contracts and reports. Commissioning public tasks to NGOs in 2019” will be held on November 30 at 12 Zgorzelecka Street in Bolesławiec, 4th floor, conference room of the Law Office. Start at 4:00 p.m.
TRAINING TOPICS:
- the applicability of new implementing acts to concluded contracts and reports
- discussion of the offer template and the simplified offer template
- financial and non-financial own contribution – aspects of calculating the contribution
- discussion of schedules and budgets
- presentation of the expected results of the public task’s implementation
- declarations in the offer and their nature
- settlement of the public task.
The training will be led by attorney Dominik Naglik, who has experience in advising and providing legal services to non-governmental organizations.
