Trade union members of NSZZ Solidarność at Gerresheimer Bolesławiec S.A. (formerly Polfa) are organizing a protest rally, which will take place this Thursday in front of their workplace.

For many months, the trade union members have been conducting negotiations and a collective dispute concerning demands related to wage levels and working conditions.
Despite the company generating high profits, the employer categorically refuses to meet the demands related to wage increases.
