On 22 November, the final of the 20th edition of the “Safer Together” Police Knowledge Competition was held in Mysłakowice. The youth from the Construction School Complex/Voluntary Labour Corps in Bolesławiec took third place!
Eight three-person teams from Kamienna Góra, Jelenia Góra, Mysłakowice and Bolesławiec took part in the final. The competition was organised, among others, by the Voivodeship Police Headquarters in Wrocław, the Lower Silesian Voivodeship Headquarters of the Voluntary Labour Corps in Wrocław, the Municipal Police Headquarters in Jelenia Góra and the OHP Training and Education Centre in Mysłakowice.
The success of our youth was also largely due—apart from the HP educators—to police officers from the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters: asp. szt. Beata Łuczkowska, asp. szt. Anna Kublik-Rościszewska and asp. szt. Mariusz Białowąs. By sharing their knowledge and experience, the police officers enthusiastically helped prepare the students for the competition.
The Police Knowledge Competition consisted of two stages. The first part involved providing written answers to 20 questions. Each team member completed the test individually.
The teams then presented artistic performances concerning preventive issues.
The youth from Bolesławiec took third place. In addition to the prizes funded by the Voivodeship Police Headquarters in Wrocław, the participants from the Bolesławiec HP will receive prizes from the Bolesławiec County Board.
Heartfelt congratulations to the winning team.
