There was only one candidate for the position of first deputy chairwoman of the Bolesławiec County Council – Barbara Kuduk of Ziemia Bolesławiecka. (Her candidacy was put forward by Ryszard Kalus of the Democratic Left Alliance.)

Thirteen councillors voted in favor. Six voted against, and two councillors abstained.
